No creativity. Obviously you encase it in a smooth glass sphere first. Sheesh.
The body doesn't reject glass usually. You'd still have a lump somewhere
or have to sacrifice a point of health to 'make room' :)

Then again... after all that, the power of the thing will give you an
incurable bout of fast, malignant cancer that'll cause you to leak blood
from every orfice until you die. *shrug* Some would willingly pay the
price.
