Hey... could someone dispell some other Rougtero rumors?

1. Hirudo disintegrate if they enter the city. (have also heard its just
the temple of isis...).

2. There is a huge box of protection around the city to avoid mass
destructions.

Near as I can tell this is all rumor (at least I've violated #1 in
character with no adverse affects from the running GM... who may just
not have known about the above because no one ever shares...).
