Side Note (definitions):

GM: Anyone who has _ever_ been approved for GMing within Fantasy Club and
    not had this privelage revoked (I think that happened once several years
    back?)

Active GM: Someone who has GMd in the last six months... they get to listen
           to plot synapsis and have some say in rule changes.

Senior GM: ???? Don't think I ever heard criteria on that...
