The third letter was to the Enclave, warning them about the impending 
trouble coming up at Lock Kylar. No mention was made in that letter about
the flood.

Hm. Didn't know that this little gimmick also destroyed all new portals as
well. This is something of a sticky point that will make it harder for other
GMs to conduct damage control to their plots in other realms.
