I had discussed this with several GMs. I would offer to run newbie games on 
saterday night.... Club campaign, different room, to be integrated in after 
6-10 sessions depending on the plot & circumstances. The club should come 
to a conscences on this issue quickly so I can prep if that is what they 
want.
