You said Rogtero and "major population center". *grin*.

We put a 100 yard diameter circle above rougtero. If it crashes
it really isn't that much devestation and no reason to crash
it that I can think of. If it reduces property values directly
below, I'm sure we'd have bought and made some dirt farmer pretty
wealthy. *shrug*.

It was an in character action.
