Repercussions?!? Repercussions?!? We are the Purdue Fantasy Club, we don't
need any STEENKING REPERCUSSIONS!!!
Why any moreso than before the nexus? There aren't any MORE portals in a
100 met area, they're just centralized. Any big baddies wanting to come
through from the other end end up in about the same location as pre nexus,
save that they can't sneak up now ... there's only one door to watch :)
As far as taking Lojem Isle to control the nexus, again, you would have to
take/control the whole island to control all the portals on the island (much
as before)
Finally, yes, military occupation to take over the nexus would be a neat
plotline ... and if a GM decided to pull it out of his ass on the fly
Saturday night he should be cudgeled. Get a platoon of GM's going and work
it like a plotline, not like a bunch of scattered 1 shots. Do it right, or
don't do it.
