Re: Using Actors (Re: Rougtero Vivocefo)
I specifically have designated some of the actors that I have made
"General Actors" and have published their stats and abilities. Now, I
have been hesitant to let anyone but Wright see them, because it would
effect a player's view of the actor to see his sheet. I have also written
a full history of my main actor who I see being very integral with the
adventurers' stuff in Geleia- "Riis". He has a full write up and a
character sheet, but I still would like to be consulted abouit his actions
because many players have an opinion about his disposition which is just
untrue. So here is my point... if they are a major part of the campaign,
make them available. You also have the right to preserve continuity by
deciding if the GM should use the actor for an adventure based on if they
are informed enough. If you want to avoid people not being informed,
write a history that outlines their thought processes and attitudes like I
did, so a GM can at least really know what you intend for that actor to be
like. Blah...
