A) Create a second in command for Warrick, an actor that has a complete,
   public write-up available for all GM's to use. The actor would not
   have the same level of power as Warrick, and I would still have major
   decisions referred to me when possible. Things like the casting of
   Recall, which the actor won't have. Another would be Miracles cast
   by members of the temple (ones that aren't players).

Miracles are Divine Intervention. I DO expect to be involved in these. This 
should NOT turn into a "harrange your friend who is a GM to bring your 
adventurer back from the dead" thing.
