Hey I've ran many adventures on Lojem Isle and while usually you do walk
through woods I've just had everything else be farmland but since most
people don't care what the scenery is I don't mention it unless it is
vital to the trip.

Major Population center? Its a little bitty Island to the south now
with a split in the center of if that used to hold the first lock.
The D'taliano's are the main inhabitants of Port Haven ( there certainly
seemed to be ALOT of 'em.

Not to mention lost revenue from the boats that now go around the former only
entrance to the Lojem Atoll as it is now. For the most part ship traffic still
comes through the Port Haven since most of the wall is still there ( it only
got blown up in one spot ). I've run that by West End some of the wall had
been destroyed to increase trade there. But for the most part Rougtero's
supplies still come through Port Haven.

It might say that in the book but its only ever happened once in game. And
I thought the book read that there were attempts to destroy the seawall
during and after construction not that there were successes.
