Hirudo and Ra-ites

Easiest way to make them jibe:

Hirudo and Ra-ites are made out to be deviations from the norm as far as
unit recovery goes mechanically anyway ...

Consider most cases channeling ... e.g. some of the source needs to be
there during casting.

Consider the Ra-ites and Hirudo exceptions ... e.g. they store DU, however
some of the source needs to be present when casting the spells that 
store their units.
