If someone can come up with an acceptable combo of skills, then I'll allow it
but otherwise no. Things like shadows and move silently. I'm good with
that. Or leather working with weapon smithing to make your a sword.
The main thing is it should be common sense based. As your example
says, in a given 4sec, no you couldn't do that, but if the skill
checks are done in succession then fine. I.e. hide in shadows, then
move silently, then check direction. 8shrug* anyways bleh.

I allow folks to use 2 weapons at once, but the same type(only one person
does it every so often). They make 4-5 attacks, and just choose which
hand they are done with. No additional attacks, just 2 hands and for
style.
