I was just reviwing the voting protocol, and i thought that everyone
should have exactly all of the information that is available.

QUORUM-
Minimum:  2/3 of Active GMs  (this includes proxy votes)

MAJORITY-
2/3 of the Quorum (rd. up)

MEMBERSHIP-
Active GMs are defined as:
-GMed in last 6 months
-GMs are allowed to "deactivate" [to not hurt the min. quorum # when gone]

RAILROADING-
No same week votes on any proposal.


This is ver batum, excluding [] insertion, what was agreed on at the first
meeting.  This also means that some proposals got passed that shouldn't
have, and that is my fault.  Everyone, please read this stuff carefully,
and then we can maybe avoid any mix-ups in the future about voting.
