It is the GMs responsibility to inform us... not the players.

Wright. If we don't play in Galeia, why would we read the writeups to
even question them? I read parts of them, but certainly not all of 
them.

In order to have access to such a list you would have to acknowledge
that these resources and stuff _ARE_ being used in galeia. And then
you would have to deal with it.
