Rougtero map

I think that making a map of Rougtero is a damn good idea.  I am sick of seeing
new bars, buildings, etc. popping up in town.  I would definitely like to help
in construction of the map.
As for buildings that Marcus Ramzes (my priest of Anubis that you all know and
love) has built, he constructed the Enclave, Sepulcher, and a government 
building (I think).  I can't remember if he built anything else or not.
