Out of curiosity, why are my proposals not ready for a vote? The only comment 
so far has been Jevan saying he doesn't like them, because they set a 
magiphysics precedent. The proposals are pretty straight forward, and they
have an agree/disagree option at the bottom of each. If a 2/3 majority of 
quorum accepts the proposals as written, why couldn't we submit them to
Dan?

Or do all proposals have to be major chances in the rules?
