Gotsa agree with BJ. It is not your weapon. It is definitely the Torite
and that little "switch" in his head. The reason why there can be Elven
is that Torites pull the "power" from within them. They do not rely upon
their divine nature. Tor cut them off. Elves have within them the
self-worth that Tor looks for.

Nope you can create a weapon just the same. If they had Core it would
make it harder to do. I believe that Torites should have 1 group ( of
course Elves can't use this ) and that Group is Ceremonies. It makes
the reason for a Holy Weapon make more sence. As a adventurer I can
make a Holy symbol for a Torite that he can use Drills with and there
is nothing to stop me once I was told the technique. If they had the
Ceremony group I couldn't do it ( or at least finish it ). In character
I have forged 2 Holy weapons ( this was all run through Dan for those of
you wondering ).
The only difference between the Ceremony and a CEREMONY is that the 2nd
implies a Godly connection. I can go to a ( choose your favorite religion )
ceremony and perform but due to my lack of "faith" I may as well not be
there I am just a placebo :) but I would have performed as necessary. A
ceremony is more than just "going through the motions". But due to the
lack of the Spell Group it is just that for Torites (or at least seems
to be).
I would like to see the Torites have that 1 group since no spell in there
should be able to affect a combat. And Torites "Last Rights" would be
more ceremonious than just breaking the sword.
