Torites can't buy spells b/c Tor doesn't give them their power. They all
use drills which are constantly being compared to skills. The Torites
teach each other drills and that is why you can be an elf Torite.
Different from other Gods Torites don't recieve their power from Tor. It
is something they learn.
	The reason their holy symbol is special is b/c they are taught to
use it on an intimant level. Same as a warrior who chooses to become a
master at the long sword they are masters of their holy symbol.
	If Tor died no Torites would lose their powers. They aren't
dependent on their God. Thus they also can't channel their Gods power to
do something as relatively easy as making water.
	Since they aren't dependent on their God for their power they
don't need a soul to channel such power and that's why elves can be
priests.
	Also this explains why no one can be a priest of Tor as a
secondary option and get drills. Torites won't give away the knowledge of
the drills to someone unless they know that the person is completely
devoted to To'r first.
