Because it takes more than just a transmog to be a god, a WHOLE lot more.  Physical
form is about the least of it.

re: what elementals are made of:
	Pure form of the element:
	Fire: really hot flame
	Water: the purest water
	Air: the purest air
	Earth: Dirt.
Ya gotta remember though that these things were defined from a human POV(probably the greeks),
and so the "Pure" form of something is the most common form of something, may be with a
bit of refinement.  I'd think pure water = fresh spring water.  Pure flame = the flame
of a smiths forge(back then the hottest flame you could get just about). Air = stock standard
good old fashioned clean air.  Earth = the stuff best for growing your crops in.
Why these versions in my view?  Because they were what is most beneficial to mankind.
A good hot fire for making tools and cooking, Pure water for drinking, Pure air for breathing,
good earth for growing your food.

Thats how I view'em, and how the greeks probably defined them(and whatever else ancient
cultures went into the elementalism game).  The elements were seen as good and wholesome in
their correct forms, and its when they got 'unbalanced' that bad things happened.  "Impure
earth" = no crops.  Impure water = no drinking.  Impure air = suffocation.  Impure fire =
no light?  Fireone is a bit wierd.

Also note, I didn't cook this up on my own, I don't tend to go real deep into the philosophical
crap, but this always stuck me as a good definition for what comprises an element.  Sadly
though I forgot where I read it, or I would happily reference people too it.

So you ask what kind of body an elemental has?  They have one composed of the purest and
most idealistic form of their element, since they represent all that is the element.
