No and yes. If you stick a soul into an elf and that soul belonged
to someone there is a spirit in there as well. If you gave an Elf
a soul somehow then yes. Basically unless you tie the soul to the
spirit you will only get that soul back out ( with its own spirit
if applicable ). The question is how do you target a spirit to 
spirit snare one of two spirits out of a body? Pot Luck?
