Now to consider something that is rather silly, wouldn't having a weapon
charm on a bow mean that you get a +1 to hit when trying to hit something
with the bow, and a +1 to damage when you succeed to hit with the bow?

This brings up that image again, of someone using their massively high bow
skil to whack a person several times about the head and shoulders with their
bow. Who needs arrows?
