Get one and magic can make more... mmm... magic :) If there's a market
I'll whack someone to get a bow and then put the mages to work mass
producing. *shrug* Not that big a deal.

Restricting the skill seems a better control mechanism. Having the big
bow doesn't do you any good if you can't use it any better than a
regular bow.
