But complex and GM adjudication would lead to inconsistency potentially.

:) Yep. We need to iron out a broad writeup that makes us mostly happy.
Put it the alternatives and pass it out to all the GMs next week to get
a good vote on what a final writeup should look like. Then pass that
around for final approval. Luckily during this latter stage we can be
discussing other topics on this list. So its workable.

Would like to. But that avenue has been, sadly, denied to us as such
things would not be in the book. And as there was no discent other
than myself and some little backing, I'll agree to be bound by this as
well.
