No, its unnatural I'd have to say. If it were natural, then people could
do it by default, no xp expenditure. Swordplay is not a natural act, you
have to train your reflexes, intuition, and adjust your mindset to deal
with using a sword in a deadly situation. Magic is somewhat similiar
you are doing something nonintuitive that you have to train yourself for.
Also I quteo from the book, page 47 in the little books, this will possibly
change the nature of this arguement a bit.
"...Concentrating on the spell restricts the caster's actions to a slow walk
(1/5 normal movement rate) for any non-movement spells, and the appropriate
movement for movement spells...."
Does it take more concentration to maintain a spell or to cast it?
Anyways, bleh. If it takes a skill, I can see it, and a fairly
expensive one at that, but not just an auto ability.
