OK, here's the deal. Dan ran a follow-up adventure to his last-week game.
A pair of actors were dimension hopping in a quest to find one actor's
missing parents. We wemt to an inter-dimensional nexus [I love hyphens!]
plane in which these portals are focused within gems. The actors tried
swapping portal gems in a player character sort of move to nab the
grand-daddy portal. The plan backfired.
	Trying to bring the huge portal out of its home plane caused a big
interdimensional energy ripple that Dan said caused a disruption in all
portals near Red Dirt. He didn't explicitly state that the Floating City
is HOSED; it may just be "lost" somewhere. The war effort portal to
Centralia is gone for sure. 
	Does that about cover things?
