body hopping

personally i've never had a problem with bodyhopping. 
1. the spells are there and i don't really see much use for them 
if the mind as has historicaly been goes with the soul. About the 
most useful thing could accomplish is to feign a coma.  Which I see
as a pretty complicated operation for such a lamo effect.

2. the beg problem i see with body hopping is if people just do it.
As has been mentioned earlier it takes a certain kind of mindset
to be a bodyhopper or perform a body hop.  If its as looked down upon
as it probably is than is probably like going to a dealer today.
an earth mage is not going to bodyhop any old twit who walks in
of the street a shoves a hunk of cash under his nose.  That mage is
going to have to trust the client as well as be willing to perform
the operation.  Going to the mages guild and outright asking for a person
to cast soulcatcher and soulhome is probably going to get you thown out.

3. realisticaly i don't think tath body hopping occurs that often.
and the mojority of swaps happen under extraneous circumstances.
