I have a proposition that I hope will not incite fighting and bickering on
the list.  

I was thinking about the concept of consistency and how actors are going
to be written up or whatever by GMs, and I thought that when a GM creates
a creature, it could be written up and used by other GMs so we dont have
as many rendom species show up.  This would also expand the limited list
in the book.

I do not have a hidden agenda to expand the number of things that people
can transmogify to, although that would be a real consequence however
trivial.
