On my game last week, 10 hours went by, and that is with combat the week
before.  That ruled.  I was pretty cautious in watching players and their
character's totals.

However, we are going to see more regen mutos this way...  That's the way
the cookie crumbles.  

Using this as a platform, I feel that mutate only can make changes that
occur in nature.  Given that no animal beyond the Annelids can regenerate
(see Orion Furmanski, resident molecular biologist) I will not GM any more
regeneration mutates.  I am not trying to change rules, but that is my
interpretation until a better president is set on Mutate by Dan.
