Jevan... if your just trying to point on another example of vacuum decision
making, don't belabor the point. Its obvious. There have been dozens of
decisions made that wouldn't have had to have been remade or even unmade
if they had been bounced off a group of people. No one wants decisions
made in comittee because it slows things down (this was either sarcastic
or I was just trolling for a response, your call).

I am perfectly happy with the rules. Any rules. I just don't like them
getting reactionary changes because someone bitches loudly. As long as
they are consistent, I can play with 'em. Better rules are of course
better...
