Note: the thing is inteded to be a bit poorly written.  It was written
	by a toady of the Prelate of Southham(look at the name of
	the author and the Prelate).  So I know it switches back
	and forth a bit in person. =)

Also, if someone wants to clean up the grammer a bit in it, I'd much
	appreciate it.  One person preferably so I don't get sent
	back 5 of'em.
