priests

When one of my characters made a priestly spell group, he had to do
something significant for his god to get the ability to create the spells.
He is the only one who can _research_ the spells, because he went on the
quest and stuff.  By the by, this is pertinant because priests and mages
can respectively research beyond ranks 12 and 16 (its in the book).  To do
this the character/actor may have to get the go ahead from whatever source
powers his magic.  This makes for a ton of in game stuff, and is a
definate way to separate guild masters from just plain skill gods.
