World Map

Has anyone thought of mapping the world? I know a couple of things
about the world... I know that I once ran an entire mission through
a dinky bunch of islands right where I, now, think Galeia is. Ooops.

Consistency blunder. Start with establishing a coordinate system
(longitude and lattitude, marines, nomads, etc.. have to have this
already). Put the various settings on the map and roll from there.

As I see it, Rugtero is in the northern hemisphere. Centralia is also
in the northern hemisphere (a bit further north and about 3 months
east). Galeia is in the Southern Hemisphere and on the otherside of
the planet... rumor has it they are precisely on the otherside of the
planet from Rugtero.

Everything in between is uncharted territory as far as I know. If I get
board tonite I'll do the math and figure out how much distance (in mets)
a degree covers... a quick bit of calculation later and I think I'll be
able to situate the various settings. Lacking to artistic skills, I'll
be able to produce a mockery of a map minutes later.

Just wondering.
