NPC for use

I would like to submit an NPC for use in the
Rougtero area.

The Ghost of Kleftin Twayne
Riding upon two Spectral Boars

I have a couple reasons for this.

1)  Kleftin was my favorite adventurer.  To me
he had flavor, a personality, and chutzpah.

2)  He died a wrongful death.  I never bitched,
moaned, or complained about any adventurer's death
until Kleftin's.  Basically, his death was a bogus one...
unless there was some miracle cast by an opposing
faction of Rudri wishing his death or something.  He
died because I didn't sit down in the middle of the
week and email his actions to anyone....a practice
I have never done.

3)  He is a ghost.  He can be viewed as friendly or
he can be viewed as enemy.  If he is viewed as enemy,
someone's gonna have to cut through about 206 DP to
kill him...aside from all other ghostly powers.  If
viewed as friendly, he can give views on how the world
should be....or be Anubis's tool to prophesize death.

4)  He was very resilient in life and should be so
about death.  WIL:  20, exceptional....and he was
usually played as such.

So, I don't know how much longer I'll be part of the
campaign....seeing as any day now I hope to hear
of a job offer from the northwest Pennsylvania
area....but that's my submission for an NPC.
