You suck.

I would argue that while your not completely out of phase and hence can
do some simple things like see and hear... I would also argue that you
are _somewhat_ out of phase and hence you can't see or hear very well...
or talk very loudly... and your voice is probably distorted. So... It
really comes down to do we want Ethereal Death waileres whacking parties
without fear of retribution. If so... then we shrink the range and let
it ride. If not we say that the death wail requires precise resonance
which cannot be achieved across phase. Pure bullshit either way of
course...
