RE: Next saterday



I can see out of game reasons for this action, but I do not agree with
them for in-game AND out-of-game reasons.  If the Nexus is going to be
closed because of a possible threat, do it now.  The Forlani are
shape-changers...who knows how many of them are currently in Rougtero?
Once word of the fact that it is going to be closed in a MONTH gets out,
it'd probably only take a couple days for an invasion force to come in
through the Nexus.  Also, I don't think he needs to get everyone's ok
before this goes through.  This is a game world, not a Republican
Committee.  Brandon is a very capable GM; he ran an adventure, he checked
it through the
GM/Coordinator who made the plot device, and got it ok'd.  The Nexus is
gone...live with it.  For those that got stuck on other worlds, tough
shit.  This is supposed to be semi-realistic, and realism is definitely
NOT NICE.  Don't depend on a portal that one day just appeared in the
middle of a city for no apparent reason.
