Atalia does not have teresium.

Atalia has a metal called mercorium that, for all practical purposes, acts
like teresium (this is to keep me from needing to write special rules for
it).  The only two things of note about it is that it is deposits of this
metal that makes magic possible (in Atalia of course).  Second, this metal
is not capable of being mixed with teresium to create a magic item.  I told
everyone who received any of it that mixing it with teresium (to create a
magic item) will cause an explosion.
