Nope. I think Greg is correct. Teresium was first an alloy but then
it needed to get mystic to limit its availability. The book says its
often found near meteor strikes, planet torandor, etc...

Though I've never heard that it was _ONLY_ torandor. Of 'course noo
oone wants us opening an otherworld to a teresium rich world either
so its pretty scarce. A mine you say? Heavily defended? Most valuable
substance on our planet period?
