To buy it outside of Geleia?  I'd have to say no.  Considering just how
rare the stuff is in Geleia (you can't buy it there), it'd be impossible
to get it off island except by taking it off the corpse of someone who
got it in Geleia.  The stuff is still a fairly recent invention and the
way its crafted is not widely known.  Treat it as a near magical item.

Further the armors listed in the geleia writeup are setting specific. i.e.
they never got put in or up for general club use.  So if ya want a suit,
you should go through a Geleia GM.
