Ya know I just remembered something...back in I think game year 10,016 or 
so, every otherworlds portal withing several hundred mets of Rougtero was
destroyed.  This happened when my character detonated a 2 artifacts to
get revenge on the peasents who revolted against him.  I might be
off a little on the date, but it was about 2 years after Karefelon
went under that it happened.  So there aren't going to be more than
at best a few dozen otherworld portals(if that) inside of the thing.

Btw, this was done infront of everyone as a town action before the game
started that night.  I know Anubis showed up in the middle of Rougtero
to collect me for it, and then several players then started collecting
and selling the "holy dirt" that Anubis had stood upon.
