From what I saw on the Nexus it pulled ALL portals to it within the 200
met area. People experimented with Giant stides and things like that
proved that. So, to my knowledge it was one of the original properties of
of the Nexus. That was a repercussion that no one tried to develope. Since
the portals are temporary (only open a few days) I didn't think a write up
was necessary.
However, future note I will do the write up on them to make sure
that it isn't stepping on anyone's toes.
