General Game Note:

There is a large encampment of Torites at the portal north of Rougtero.
Everyone going through the portal is informed:

1) The land known as Adaliya is in a state of large scale war and that the
   portal on the otherside is currently held by "enemy" forces
2) For the protection of Rougtero, persons exiting the nexus will be
   subjected to a brief interogation - I mean - questioning period.
   Apologies are made in advance.
3) Furthermore, if you have clothing similar to this <holds up a uniform
   and a type of chain mail>, it is suggest, for everyones benefit, that
   you not wear it on your return to Rougtero.


BTW, there are large stock piles of manacles and leg irons just to the
right of the portal.
