Credit where credit is due ...
Tony has a number of remarkably detailed and well crafted maps of Rugtero
... He also tends to have copies of at least one of them on hand, and is
more than willing to let them get circulated ... the only down side is that
they're hashed in such a fashion that they won't scan very well. I got one
from him this past weekend that included elevation above sea level, a scale
in mets AND miles, and many of the major villages and other operations that
may (or may not) be included in the campaign ... catch him next time he
stops in, and cough up the dime to run down to the library before the game
starts and run a copy or two off.

Which opens up the argument of "I don't post my adventure write-ups to the
list because I don't want OOC knowledge to pop up in the game"
The trick here is to have everyone write up the last hour of their
adventures in novel jacket form ... that is, sum up only the bare bones of
what happened, like the notes on the jacket of a novel. How they got from
point A to point B, the random encounters in between, the specific acts of
tretchery the actors or players committed, caught, or didn't catch doesn't
matter ... just get the important people mentioned and an overview of what
happened. The players can relay relevant background if they end up on a
concurrent plotline in the future to those not privy to the details of the
past (and it makes for easy GMing when players fill the other players in on
what's going on).
I've got a number of PBEM web sites that may or may not still be in
existance that you may want to look at ... I'll have to check them out again
before purdue vapes my account.
