RE: Rugetero write-up

Uh...must have been some other guy. I don't now nor have I ever had a
Rougtero
writeup. I did promise a writeup of the Vivocefo, which I will get to real
soon
now.

As for things in Rougtero, this is what I can think of:

Sanctuary
Sepulchre
Enclave
Spectral Meteor (blown up?)
Docks
A cartographer's office

I'm working on the Sanctuary writeup and I think Kevin Collins has a
writeup on the Sepulchre. If not, I know enough about the actual structure
do write a description of it, but I don't know anything about any of the
priests. BJ has the writeup for the Enclave. As for the rest, as far as I
know, no "official" writeup has ever been done.
