How loud is spell casting? For wizardly spell casting this seems a
bit vague in the book. The words don't actually have to make sounds
(ie will work inside cone of silence) but if your voice cords are
ruined you can't cast. Blah. I think the common interpretation is
that you can use a low voice but not subvocal...
