Karfelon

Character intervention: I have a CHARACTER with the resources, money,
and will to rebuild Karfelon. He is in the process of doing so. (has
been for the last game year) I RAN THIS AS A GAME ACTION. Again, I will
tell people of this since it was done before the use of this list. This
is all part of a GRAND PLAN I do not want to discuss it openly here. If
a campaign coordinator wants to pickup this area, I'll be glad to
discuss it with them.
