Magic Item Database

Howdy,

Got a working access version of the magic item database up, friend of
mine made it.  Its very simple and elegant to use, just got a few
bugs to work out of it and features to add, otherwise it is great.

I do plan to get a laptop in a couple of weeks and when I do I'll
begin putting everything in on that, starting with things in the magic
item book.

Also, new magic item submissions, either just hand them to me on
game days, or email'em to me.
