Centralia setting

Steve,
	Since you are still working on updating all the political stuff in
Centralia. These are the misc. things going on that I have played or GMed.
The Solarium is slowly being rebuilt since all their priests are very wet
behind the ears its been slow going.
	The temple of Orus is being rebuilt above ground by Mikal Angel. I
believe Bob is building an underground complex under the ruins of the
temple. And Jack has named his fort outside of town the new temple of Orus
(though I don't believe that is widely known).
	Other than that I've just played that most of the city is trashed
due to the mobs and few pralls cleaning things up.
