Ummm. +4 die default? According to the sprinting skill you take the disadvantage
that the armor gives to your AGIlity ( yes not STR ) added to your check.
If you are in chain, leather, or plate a +10 foot roll = 2 dice vs. skill or 
4 dice vs. STR. I sprint all the time ( or at least try ) with Zwyc and I luck
out that my armor only has the PWR and STR dissadvantages.

There are 3 things every adventurer should buy DP, swimming and sprinting.
