Ok,

1)  Kris, could you add a flag in the header of each proposal to show as
you read it that things have been passed and approved, passed and pending
approval, or failed (either from voting down or non-approval)

It took me a few minutes to see that, indeed, move through had been voted
down.

2)  I hope split dice passed, I play tested them with my last adventure a
few weeks ago along with 1/5 movement, and things seemed to go well ...
was going to GM another time or two before I began evaluating the play
testing on the list though.

I THINK I abstained on that vote, but don't remember.  I may have only
been present for the discussion, but not the vote.
