I promise it did pass.  Don't you remember Lyle feeling very iffy about
the whole thing because it would allow people to quick draw and multi in
the same round.  The proposal did pass (I believe only one or two people
didn't pass it, one being Tony since he wasn't at the last meeting and
therefore did not have time to read and hence understand it).  

See this is why a formalized presentation of the vote must be sent to the
list!  I even suggest a separate (aka not so big) mail archive where
everyone must acknowledge they have seen the emailed tally of the vote
and agree that is what went on.   ARRRGGGG!!!!!
